It’s incredible
how fast time is running. The New Year just started and we already have mid of
January. Not that I have something against it, I anyway don’t like the cold
months by far not as much as I do the summer. That’s why I love to remember
myself on our time in Egypt. Very spontaneously we booked a week off in Egypt.
We didn’t want to freeze two weeks, so we froze one and bathed in the sun the
other one. Actually before that we travelled to Munich since our flight was from
Munich airport. So the first week of January and the New Year’s Eve we passed
under palms and by 25 degrees. We really enjoyed the sun and the sea and on top
we could shoot some great looks which I can’t wait to show you. This one has
been our first Look and it was made on the 31.12.12 on the verge of midnight. You
might know the problem: You have eaten something yummy and already celebrated a
little but the hours till midnight is a long haul. So we just picked our camera
and made some pictures (unfortunately in the dark). We finished on time before
midnight and could enjoy the original Egyptian fireworks. The atmosphere and
the place was perfect. I really hope you also started well into the new Year
and I absolutely looking forward to share Face Your Fancy with you and to bring
it forward this year. Thank you all very much for your support and to accompany

Es ist unglaublich, wie schnell die Zeit vergeht. Das
neue Jahr hat gerade erst begonnen und schon ist der Januar zur Hälfte
rum. Nichts dass ich was dagegen hätte, denn die kühlen Monate liegen mir bei
weitem nicht so sehr wie die warmen Sommermonate. Zu gerne erinnere ich mich
deshalb an unsere Zeit in Ägypten. Wir haben ganz spontan eine Woche Ferien in
Ägypten gebucht. Wir hatten keine Lust auf zwei Wochen frieren, also haben wir
nur eine gefroren und sind dann ab in die Sonne. Das heisst vorher noch nach
München, denn unser Flug ging ab München. Die erste Januarwoche und Silvester haben
wir unter Palmen und bei 25 Grad verbracht. Wir haben das warme Wetter und das Meer
sehr genossen und konnten zu meinem Erfreuen auch ganz viele tolle Looks
fotografieren auf die ich kaum warten kann euch zu zeigen. Dies hier war unser erster
Look und ist am 31.12.12 kurz vor Mitternacht entstanden. Vielleicht kennt ihr
das Problem: Man hat lecker gegessen und schon etwas gefeiert, aber die Stunden
bis Silvester ziehen sich endlos dahin. Wir haben also unsere Kamera geschnappt
und verbrieben die Zeit mit einem Shooting (leider in der Dunkelheit). Pünktlich
zu Mitternacht waren wir fertig und konnten zu einem original ägyptischen
Feuerwerk anstossen. So sind wir also in einer super Atmosphäre und Umgebung in
das neue Jahr gerutscht. Ich hoffe Ihr hattet ebenfalls einen tollen Start ins
neue Jahr und ich freue mich wahnsinnig darauf Face Your Fancy weiterhin mit
euch teilen zu können und es dieses Jahr mehr und mehr aufzubauen und zu
gestalten. Ich danke euch ganz herzlich für eure Unterstützung und dass ihr
mich auf meinem Weg begleitet!
